We collect limited information to operate and improve our Services: • User Input: When you ask a question or interact with one of our AI Pros, your inputs and generated readings are stored anonymously for service improvement and history access. • Optional Account Data: If you choose to create an account, basic information such as your email address may be stored to manage your profile and purchases. • Analytics & Diagnostics: We may collect anonymous technical data (e.g., device type, crash reports, app version) to maintain app stability and improve performance. • Payment Information: Payments are processed securely through the App Store or Google Play. We do not store payment details.

Your information is used solely for: • Generating personalized tarot readings via third-party AI services (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, or others). • Improving app functionality, stability, and user experience. • Processing payments and managing optional subscriptions. We do not sell or trade user information. We do not use your data to train any AI models.
4. Data Retention and Anonymity
• Questions and readings are stored in our database without any direct identifiers linking them to your identity. • If you create an account, your profile information is stored separately and is not linked to your reading content. • You may request deletion of all stored data associated with your account at any time, or do it yourself by deleting your account in the app.
5. Data Security
We use secure servers and encryption where applicable to protect stored data from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. International Data Processing
Some data may be processed on servers outside the European Union (for example by AI service providers). We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for such processing.

Tarot.Pro integrates with third-party platforms to deliver core functionality: • AI processing providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, etc.) • Payment processors (App Store, Google Play, etc.) • Analytics and crash reporting tools (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics, Google Analytics, etc.) Each third party processes data according to its own privacy policies.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
